I have previously served with native troops for 4 years with the St.Lucia Company, Royal Artillery, (West Indian negroes) and 1⁄2 years with the Hongkong Singapore Battalion, Royal Garrison Artillery, (Punjabi Muhammedans). I have passed the Lower

Standard Examination in Urdu.
